We started off our Holiday festivities with our White Family Christmas party which always includes a visit from Santa. This was Santa's 30th year visiting the White Family Christmas Party. He is what we all think of Santa and he is a wonderful man and an important part of all our Christmas'. He always has us sing some Christmas songs including Silent Night. And he makes sure all the kids know the true meaning of Christmas and why we have it. As you can see Daemon was a little tired and overwhelmed around all the family. The party was right during quite time and he was a little pooped by the end of it. Then he was hiding under a table from Santa. He was a little scared of him.
Fun in the our pre-Christmas snow. The kids love going out and helping Dad "shovel" the driveway. Mostly they just love being and doing what Daddy is doing. And I love to watch. They did get in a snow fight which of course Daddy won, but he did still end up with a wet butt from snowballs :). And then James was trying to pull Daemon in the sled. I was so proud of him playing nicely and taking care of his brother.
On Christmas Eve the kids usually get their Christmas pjs from their Nana, this year they go them a little early, but we saved them for Christmas Eve and they got robes too, because they usually get a blanket, not this year thank goodness, we have an awesome stock pile of blankets. So something different was nice. They they also get to open their gifts to each other. This is nice it keeps them calmer and entertained before bed, even though they did try to dig into the rest of the presents this year....
Our Two Little Cheezers!
The Tree after Santa Came and before the boys got to see it and dig in. And since I'm posting late, just other day James tells me, "Mom, Santa didn't put his cup in the sink! He at the cookies and drank the milk, but didn't put his cup in the sink." So Santa got in trouble this year because he didn't clean up after himself. So I told James next year we would leave Santa a note to please put his cup in the sink. It cracks me up with some of the things kids say. James is getting so smart and observant.
The joy of the after Christmas. They boys played so well and quite for a couple of hours it was so wonderful. There was fighting because they like what the other has but over all it was wonderful. I love the peace times they play like this so well together.

We hope you all had a great Christmas and a Happy New Years!!!
